For every 10 Moodbeam One wearables purchased through the website we will set one aside for someone who needs one but doesn’t have access to one...
Hull based Engineering company, Spencer Group, met with Moodbeam back in 2018, with a view to addressing this growing statistic.
After an initial prototype trial, they decided to push ahead with a mental health initiative in the workplace, combining the use of Moodbeam Ones along with the creation of a wellbeing portal area on its online site.
They are confident that the wearable device will provide individuals with confidential data to help them understand issues affecting their mental wellbeing.
Yvonne Moir, HR Director at Spencer Group, says of the initiative:
“At Spencer, employee engagement is not about statistics and initiatives, it’s about the people who work here knowing they have support from the business and their colleagues when they need it. We’re delighted to work with a health tech company that puts the person at the centre of care. We really see this benefitting in so many areas of our industry”.
