DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

Delivery Info:

Currently, we only deliver to the United Kingdom. However, we hope to expand our delivery network by the end of 2020. If you would like to be kept up-to-date with this, please get in contact with the team at hello@moodbeam.co.uk

Purchases made via the website will be shipped by Royal Mail. 

Standard delivery to the United Kingdom is free. 

All orders received Monday to Friday before 12pm will be processed and despatched by the end of the following day. Orders which are received after 12pm will be processed and despatched within 2 working days. Any orders that are received on Saturday, Sunday or Bank holidays, will be processed and despatched the next working day.

All orders places from 23rd December will be processed as soon as possible. Please get in touch with the team at hello@moodbeam.co.uk if you'd like more information.

Please be aware that due to the current circumstances surrounding Covid-19 & Christmas, delivery times may be affected. We are experiencing delays with Royal Mail. Thank you for your understanding.

Return Information:

We do hope that you will like your Moodbeam One, but if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 28 days of delivery. To be eligible to return your product, it must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and with proof of purchase.

All components must be included when the product is returned, including both wristbands, USB module, quick start guide and all the packaging.

A full refund (excluding original shipping cost (if applicable) will be issued for returns which meet the required criteria. The return shipping cost is the consumers responsibility. We do recommend using a tracked service which insures the value of the goods up to its full value, and ensure you have proof of postage. Without proof of postage, we cannot guarantee a refund will be issued if the returned product does not reach us.
